This 1960s cantilever sewing box from West Germany has a handle you notice first: arched, brass-colored, with a wooden grip. Warm brown wood, accordion-style side arms, tapered feet and brass-colored lid knobs. The compartments expand for sewing supplies, jewelry, makeup or craft tools. It stands 9.8 inches (25 cm) high.
